Friends always remember that your financial emotional physical success begins from within. Everything in life begins from one place as an idea either positive or negative. The truth is those old clichés has survived through time for the deeper wisdom that they give. The problem is we have a evolution-ary mindset that will automatically “blow” off a phrase as being old, instead of doing what the bible calls taking a Selah which defines into stopping and carefully considering who we are and our actions.

Life test: Stop for a second, when the next time some great opportunity comes along? Examine how you respond. You might learn something about yourself. Here is a list of what you might find:

· You completely embrace the thought verbally but not in your actions

· You may automatically think it’s good for someone else

· You may instantly see the glass half empty …you see negative first but explain that you are looking at all sides when actually you are not.

All of these are ways WE all self sabotage. Simply put we find complex ways of backing off or not really going on long with something that could be sent to take you to a place of prosperity.

The most powerful phrase

Don’t let the “It’s not for me” Idea keep you from prospering in your health, relationship, financial pursuits”

Use this phrase sparingly because the moment you claim this it better to be completely sure you’re not killing a great opportunity presenting itself.

Keep this thought close to you : Opportunities multiply as the are seized … they die when they are ignored

We almost always paint the unknown in a negative light …it’s just human nature …but many times they are based on weak and faulty information or no information at all.

If you are perpetually negative you are effectively repelling possibilities whether it be a great idea or something you need to recognize to take you to the next level.

If you are perpetually negative then you cannot be creative it kills all creativity and the flow of new thoughts

The secret is that are NO secrets my friends ….They will sell you a book explaining in detail what I’m telling you in short form catch it now and save your money.

Most of us don’t really have a clear concept on what it means to be negative and this mindset or circular behavior pattern leaves us in a circumstance that is hard to break..Basically we don’t know when our thoughts are going in circles…These little fears hide in other behaviors like procrastination, overanalyzing, etc etc only to take us back into a vicious personal cycle always wondering why things won’t change …once you remove the circle you can break through to something great!

The saying is true..If you always do what you have always done you will get what you always get.

To say it another way …the definition of insanity is doing something and expecting different results. But in reality that’s what we do …go to the same places, think the same thoughts, react the same way to things …… because they are safe …and socially acceptable…With a little self examination you get chane a lot and be more happier …..Hopefully I have stirred you to try something new and given you the ability live in abundance...

DEREGULATION | YOU HAVE A CHOICE

Deregulation. And How can it benefit me ?

OK let me say this in laymen terms ...

Before deregulation companies would CONTROL the price of what everybody would pay for necessary services ...essentially because they would dominate or MONOPOLIZE the area where their services were sold ....this made it pretty tough on people because if only one company was allowed to sell in that area , they could RAISE their prices with out no competition from another competitor. In effect, nobody would have an option to seek out a cheaper rate elsewhere ....

This has been the case for many services that we use for many years , such as phone , gas, and electricity ,cable and water...

The authorities only one company to sell in these areas but things have changed .......In fact, they have already changed for many years now and many people don't really know what's happening

Take for instance a little company called EXCEL (have you heard of them ? they sell long distance ) ....because of the deregulation of phone services ...individuals can have a Choice of which long distance provider to use ....which was great because EXEL offered a great low rate with other perks the giants wasn't offering like at&t (Check out my blog about a money saving tip for telephone service I found that even beats excel hands down !! ) ....With just that single change with phone services ....many millionaires were made ..and customers saved a lot of money...

So to understand Deregulation is to understand the leveling of the playing field to give another company a chance to sell and giving the consumer the ability to save money in the process .... But it doesn't stop there .....

Here is the Major news ! They have Deregulated ELECTRICITY and GAS .....(I know you are like WHAT !!!!! :-) )

So what does that mean.....? I know homebody's saying ...LOL

Answer : It means you have a choice to save some money and not be locked down to ONE company ..... OK now I know you got to be smiling ....;-)

Hello friends and fellow internet marketers
I want to speak to you about something that has been heavily on my mind.

I believe it’s important to have a healthy approach to much of the materials that are advertised to us as far as self help books and videos and such.
You know the ones that advertise they are going to tell us all the HIDDEN SECRETS of blahblah ...

Yeah I mean much of what we hear is “fluff” advertising.
and essentially much of what we hear is designed to do one thing GET OUR Attention ,thats all.

Further more whats worse most of what we hear is nothing original.... they guys are saying and using the same old “cookie cutter” approach...... that in reality wont work..... because people don’t buy based on a well designed pitch they buy based on relationship …Wow that’s an interesting concept ! Let me say it again !

People buy because of relation ship Bottom line! or in other words they buy the "trusted brand" that they have a relationship with.....

Or should I say “perceived” relationship. Now it took me some time to realize this but it is so true, and really you know it’s true because we are constantly taken by it all the time ….Don’t believe me? Ok think of your favorite actor or singer...ok your favorite movie or food.

Ok ...have you bought their album, book or anything that you related or connected with?
Have you ever gone to their concert, or movie?
Bottom line, have you ever spent money on any of their material?
Need I say more …?

Have you ever seen somebody famous in person and felt like you could just walk up to them and hold a conversation? Or at least say hi…?

Well why is that? Huh?
It’s because they have “Sold” themselves to you …and because you feel like you (sort of)
"know" them a little bit you have to resist the urge to say hey …blah blah blah …..and most have found that when you do , you come to the reality quick that even that much you thought you knew YOU DIDN’T KNOW …

My point is for this new year lets maximize our approach to make more for ourselves and our family and realize you have to sell yourself in order for people to buy ….We only buy when it is “safe” to buy especially in these days and times

… My personal phrase for the new year is the Secret is , Is that there is- NO Secret - and once we learn that we will be well on our way to making a continuous stream of passive income . The only SECRET is that they have a carefully designed system that they use to get money out of you and it WORKS ….and you know what’s funny it will NEVER stop working . and those who learn this finally gets the AHA ! moment ….

My friends don’t let all the HYPE and Crafty Words fool you . First STOP and REALLY I mean REALLY analyze the next program you are thinking of buying into.

Failing to plan IS planning to fail.

Let me say it another way, If you don’t have a plan in place, there’s almost a 99.9 percent chance LIFE will take you off guard and leave you in a bad financial position.

Here is another famous tip that we need to keep on our minds:

The best way to get out of a hole is to Stop Digging. In other words , Stop spending money you dont have.

Stop Digging when? Now!

You are the only one who knows how your spending habits are hurting you future.
One way to change our outcome is to take a different mindset to our money.

Here’s a powerful thought, from now on think of your money as little employees that work for you.

You need to find ways to keep them working. For who? You!
The more employees you have the more efficiently you can work and build !

And you never want them to work for other companies (ie. Wal-Mart, Target, Sony, knick-knacks, etc.)

Here are some tips or baby steps to take charge of your financial situation.

Solid Steps to Fighting your way out:

Stop acquiring new debt and using credit. – We’ve already spoke about that Begin TODAY!

Establish an emergency fund.

Implement a debt snowball.

(This step will probably take several months.)

Some people don’t understand: Why save before paying off debt? Because if you don’t save first, you’re not going to be able to deal with unexpected expenses. Destroy your credit cards; save cash for emergencies. Personally I don’t have credit cards I use debit cards.

How much should you save? Preferably, save $1,000 to start. (College students may be able to get by with $500.) This money is for emergencies only. It is not for shoes or a concert. It is not for a Playstation 3. It is to be used when your car dies, or when you break your leg.
Keep this money liquid, but not instantly available. Don’t attach your emergency fund to a debit card.

Consider opening a savings account at an online bank like ING.com (email me if youre interested and I can show you how to get $25 when you sign up) or Emigrant Direct.com. When an emergency shows up (and it will), you can easily transfer the money to your standard checking account. It’ll be there when you need it, but you won’t be able to spend it on impulse.

Put into action a debt snowball
(This step may require several years.)
After you’ve stopped using credit, and after you’ve saved an emergency fund, then attack your debt. Throw whatever you can at it.
People say to pay your high interest debts first. There’s no question that this makes the most sense. But if money were all about math, you wouldn’t have debt from the beginning. Money is more about emotion and how we think than it is about math.

There are at least two approaches to debt elimination. Psychologically, using a debt snowball offers big payoffs, payoffs that can stimulate you to further debt reduction. Here’s the short version:

Order your debts from lowest balance to highest balance.

Designate a certain amount of money to pay toward debts each month.

Pay the minimum payment on all debts except for the one with the lowest balance.
Throw every other penny at the debt with the lowest balance.

When that debt is gone, do not alter the monthly amount used to pay debts, but throw all you can at the debt with the next-lowest balance.
I’m a huge fan of the debt snowball. It still takes time to pay off your debts, but you can see results almost immediately.

We have old cell phones and an outdated plan with Sprint. However, we’ve been locked in because we moved our minutes around a couple months ago. With the new irresistible SERO plan I was wishing that we wouldn’t have to wait 2 more years to switch.
Then Patrick wrote how to cancel your cell phone contract without paying fees! His first point stated that Sprint changed their contract on January 1, 2008. I didn’t know that because we’re on a family plan where another family member gets the bill at their house. December 14, 2004 The construction of what will become the world's tallest building - the Burj Tower in Dubai - will commence in January, 2005, with plans for the 800 metre tall, 160 floor skyscraper to be completed by 2008. The building will also contain residential, commercial, hotel and entertainment facilities, including the largest shopping mall in the world. Located on Sheikh Zayed Road, the complex will contain a city within a city - a planned Old Town with intimate streets and architectural detail to create a special ambience with the mystery of yesterdays Arabia, in what is expected to be the centrepiece of the Gulf region's most prestigious urban development.

Burj Dubai Tower was commissioned by Emaar Properties, as part of its US $8 billion Downtown Dubai development project. Built of glass, aluminium, concrete and steel, Burj Tower will be the tallest building in the world at 800 metres (2,640 feet), with a total floor space of 500,000 sq m (5.35 million sq ft). Taipei 101 in Taiwan (509 metres), Petronas Towers in Malaysia (452 metres) and the Chicago's Sears Tower (442 metres) are currently the world's highest man made towers. Recently China and the New York World Trade Centre redevelopment have announced plans to exceed these records, but the Burj Tower has anticipated challengers and will dig extra-deep foundations to enable more storeys to be added later if needed.

Chicago-based Skidmore, Owings & Merrill architectural consultants have drawn their inspiration from the historical influences of the Gulf. The tower's base and geometry reflects the six-petal desert flower of the region as well as indigenous Islamic patterns. The base of the Burj Dubai blossoms to allow the tower a graceful transition from the ground and to maximise views, while the dome shaped plan profile accentuates a series of steps up the vertical height of the building. The top of the Tower will contain a public observation deck and a private club will be situated above that.

The Burj Dubai Tower will be constructed by South Korea's Samsung Corporation and should be completed by November, 2008.

Fight ignorance and Denial

I guess you might say "man that's a rough statement !" But lets be serious.

We've all spoken to each other about how these companies are just putting harmful chemicals

in everything. Remember its all about the money to them.

Lets not ignore the fact that this is happening, and just say. "Well it tastes good to me !" Having a grandmother that lost the battle to cancer, I just want to urge everyone to push into this as much as you can. Here's some products that well help you to start with baby steps.

The power of circles
I once heard a person say that a CIRCUMSTANCE is only a circle that you stand in. I believe this is a true statement, and it helps us identify where we are in any given situation. The answer to breaking through lies in your understanding and belief that circles or habits can be broken. Question for you. What is it that tells us that things can never change?

When you think about it nothing ever stays the same, one day proceeds to the next, things that were once alive today will be dead tomorrow. The thought that something will never change has its flaws for sure. One of the biggest things that we tend to miss is realizing first that we are beginning a potential habit that will take us into a new circle.

So the challenge from now on is to be aware of take charge and responsibility of the new circles that we start.
Remember the lion king, recall when the monkey was teaching simba how to break into change. The monkey just swung a bat and hit him. The next time the swing came around samba ducked. How quick will it take you to duck?

Have a plan.

Setting goals or plan making has been an idea that we need to master and get better at. The subject of planning goes far beyond self help gurus and motivational speakers. Did you know that Japanese businesses plan their movements at least 70 years in advance? The Bible itself stresses the importance of making plans. Breaking the cycle requires that you make a plan.

This will mean doing something that you have never done before. Just the mere fact that you are making a plan will indicate a positive change in you life and in your future. My suggestion is to make a plan within a plan if need be.

Even our mind needs some type of basic structure in order to work at its optimum level. I once heard of this famous musician back in the 1800’s. His wife, in the morning would play a discord on the piano. This would disturb him so much that he would wake up and resolve the suspended chord in order to be at peace. The human body is designed in a unique and powerful order which is something that we cannot ignore. Just give it a try; if you already are a good planner take it to that next level you might just get hooked on the power of planning ahead on a new level and find a thrill of being ahead of the game.

Forgive yourself- and press forward
In my life I have run into people that boast about their ability to hold grudges, it’s almost as if holding grudges adds something to them. To me it takes extra effort to keep up an activity which literally gets you no where. What's worse the medical field is finding out that holding grudges can destructive to yor body. Essentially the body releases harful chemicals everytime you are in a foul mood. Some one said hoding a grudge is like drinking poision and hoping your enemy dies.

One belief I have is that one activity that we do has a tendency to bleed over into other aspects of who we are. Frank Outlaw said it best when he said: "Watch your thoughts. They become words. Watch your words. They become deeds. Watch your deeds. They become habits. Watch your habits. They become character. Character is everything.”

Forgiving yourself goes hand and hand with forgiving others. If you make it a habit to be an unforgiving person, you may find it hard to forgive yourself. You have to literally surrender to the act of forgiving in order to get better at it... Because Forgiveness, in its strictest sense requires that a person has the ability to release something when everything inside of you tells you to remember. This takes practice. So connected to having to power to forgive is also having the ability to purposely forget. Always remember that the key to mastering forgiveness is in understanding that nothing at all is added to you when you choose to hold grudges; especially the ones hold against yourself. Like the old saying goes ,nothing from nothing leaves nothing.

Just some basic observations here:
1. It’s clear to see that he’s promoting for the money.
2. I also think it’s kind of ironic that he makes his career with saying words – yet it seems he’s trying to make people “get over” the most controversial word of all.
3. I’m all for enlightenment and everything but I’m curious to know if he thought through all of the consequences of doing something like this.Espesially with all of the issues the US sitll has has with race. Or maybe he simply doesn’t care about what happens to other people as long as he makes money.

The promotional tour for Nas' upcoming LP started a few months ago, and at last night's Grammy Awards, he took it to another level. Nas rolled up with Kelis on his arm and a group of people, all wearing shirts with the album's title in bold letters, Nigger.

And you wonder why the camera never flipped to Nas during the award show. Despite the big publicity stunt, the highlight of Nas' evening came courtesy of CNN and their coverage of the red carpet. From Sheldon : Weather you are an occasional music listener or are a full blown music aficionado (like myself) there are certain musical artists or bands that you run into that compel you to say, "Everybody needs to experience this !" Why? Music is, as they say the universal "language".

Music has the unique ability to transcend every barrier that we can have up; and touch us on a very deep level. This statement is true no matter who you are.

In my opinion Kim Burrell is one of those artists. That posess far beyond what you call an average ability to make music. She is a singer of singers, with the added ability to play keyboard.
